This website is operated by I Palace ("we", "us"). By visiting ipalacestore.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Products and availability
All products sold on this website are genuine. Products listed with a price and an "Add to cart" button are available to order. Products shown with an "Ask price now" button are not currently in stock; message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability, price and delivery time. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider and we do not store your card details.
Order confirmation
An order is accepted only after we confirm it with you by WhatsApp, phone or email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a pricing or listing error occurred, or if we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.
Device versions
Some devices are offered in more than one version (for example eSIM, Dual SIM, ABM or Tax Paid). The version you select at checkout is the version that will be delivered. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure which version suits you.
Warranty and support
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to the product. I Palace also provides after-sales support, software help and repair services at our store. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or unauthorised modification.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Product images are for illustration and the actual item may differ slightly. We reserve the right to correct any error without prior notice.

Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other brand names belong to their respective owners. I Palace is an independent retailer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, I Palace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or of products purchased through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
