Where we deliver
I Palace delivers to every governorate in Egypt. We do not currently ship outside Egypt.
Shipping cost
Delivery is a flat 200 EGP per order, whatever you buy and wherever you are in Egypt. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
- Cairo & Giza: usually 1–2 business days.
- Alexandria and the Delta: usually 2–3 business days.
- Upper Egypt, Canal cities, Sinai and the Red Sea: usually 3–5 business days.
Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity or weather.
Order processing
After you place an order, our team confirms it by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive the courier's tracking details by WhatsApp or email.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package in front of the courier. If the box is damaged or the seal is broken, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +20 110 303 4500.
Store pick-up
Prefer to collect in person? Contact us on WhatsApp and we will prepare your order for pick-up from our store at 14 Moustafa El Nahas St., Nasr City, Cairo.
