Refund policy

At I Palace we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return or exchange an item bought on ipalacestore.com.

Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted, except where the device is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (see below).

Conditions for a return

  • The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging, with all accessories, manuals and documentation included.
  • iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple Watches that have been activated or linked to an Apple ID cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • AirPods, chargers, cables and other accessories must be unopened.
  • Items showing signs of use, scratches, liquid damage or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
  • A copy of your order confirmation or invoice is required.

Defective or wrong items

If your device arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping fee, after our technicians confirm the fault.

Warranty

All new Apple products sold by I Palace are genuine and covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service for hardware faults after the return window is handled through I Palace or an authorised service centre, according to the warranty terms of the product.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +20 110 303 4500 or email shopify@ipalacestore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and give you instructions. You can bring the item to our store at 14 Moustafa El Nahas St., Nasr City, Cairo, or we can arrange a courier pick-up (pick-up fees may apply if the return is not due to our error).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the result by WhatsApp or email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer or Instapay. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our side.

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour, capacity or model, contact us within the 14-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price difference will be charged or refunded.
