Return and Exchange Policy:
How to make a return or exchange:
– The items must be in their original condition, with the same condition as received, and with the invoice.
– The customer is responsible for the shipping fees in case of return through the representative if there is no defect.
– iPalace company will bear the shipping fees if there is a defect and the item is the only one in the order. ipalace company will not bear the shipping fees if there are other items in good condition. In case of return, the shipping fees for sending the item again will be borne by the customer.
-In case of return through the branch, the full amount will be refunded from the branch after including the integrity of the piece.
– Returns through the representative: The representative will be sent, and upon the arrival of the item to us, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition as sent. This process takes 7-10 working days, and the amount will be transferred via Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay.
– In both cases, the return will be notified via WhatsApp, and confirmation will be made with the customer before sending the representative or going to the branch.
According to our return and exchange policy, the following cases cannot be returned or refunded to ensure the safety of our customers:
– Products that have been badly used , as well as products that have been damaged and are not in their original condition or without their original packaging.
– Returns that exceed 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Note: offers are not eligible for partial returns. the total offer must be returned in order to receive a refund.
